Are you an experienced legal professional with a strong background in property law?
Our client, a reputable and well-established legal firm, is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Case Handler to join their growing team. You will manage your own caseload of diverse residential conveyancing matters within a supportive and collaborative environment. This role is ideal for someone ready to take on greater autonomy while developing their career within a thriving and ambitious business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
- Draft and review contracts, leases, transfer deeds, and other legal documentation
- Conduct property searches and handle related investigations
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and third parties to ensure seamless transactions
- Maintain accurate and well-organised case files
- Ensure full compliance with legal regulations and industry standards.
- Proven experience handling UK residential conveyancing cases (essential)
- Strong working knowledge of UK property law and conveyancing procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple files effectively
- Proficient in legal case management systems and relevant technology.
