Private Client Paralegal

• Take initial instructions from clients and open files using the Office Management System.
• Assist fee earners with client cases from inception to completion under supervision.
• Liaise with clients in office meetings and via telephone.
• Handle correspondence and communications with clients and third parties.
• Manage tasks and diary reminders efficiently.
• Record time for all work undertaken and assist with outside appointments as needed.
• Support the head of department and contribute to team efforts as required.
• Experience or strong interest in Private Client practice.
• Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to work effectively within a professional team environment.
• Strong organizational skills to meet deadlines and manage workloads.
