About The Team You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The role is to deliver administrative support aligned with corporate systems, business needs, and departmental requirements.

You will manage assets, materials, expense reimbursements, licenses, projects, and logistics. Execute and optimise processes, resolve issues, and coordinate resources to improve efficiency, reduce costs, ensure operational continuity, and boost employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities will also include:
1. Asset & Inventory Management Oversee the full lifecycle management of fixed assets, consumables, and logistics equipment, from procurement to disposal. Conduct regular audits, optimize asset configurations, and ensure accurate accounting and efficient utilisation to minimise waste.
2. Expense Reconciliation & Compliance Review and resolve expense claims, addressing anomalies and managing offboarding documentation. Perform monthly expense with holdings to ensure compliance and accuracy, controlling cost expenditures.
3. Licensing & Compliance Management Manage business licenses and permits, handling applications, renewals, cancellations, and annual filings. Coordinate with district authorities to meet licensing requirements, ensuring operational compliance.
4. Project Administration Collect, modify, and verify project requirements (including mobile phone cards), coordinate office arrangements and temporary warehouse resource allocations, and process large-scale promotional welfare expense reimbursements to ensure smooth project progression.
5. Campus Logistics & Employee Engagement Oversee logistics for site facilities, organise employee activities, address feedback, and enhance satisfaction and team cohesion.
6. Process Optimisation & Resource Coordination Streamline administrative workflows, coordinating internal/external resources to meet departmental needs. Provide expert solutions to standardise processes, enhance execution efficiency, and mitigate operational risks.

Experience:

Previous experience in office management

Has managed projects

Excellent communication, both written and verbal

Attention to detail, organisational and proactive mentality
