Onsite Executive Part time

Overview

Reed Talent Solutions is hiring an Onsite Planning Executive for the Service Delivery team to support a key client at Royal Mail sites across the UK.

Start date:

19th October. Fixed term contract until December 2026.

• 5:30am – 14:30pm
• 13:30pm – 22:30pm
• 21:30pm – 6:30am (2 days per week, Saturday and Sunday)

• Manage Angard staff on-site
• Handle queries from workers and clients
• Work closely with centralised delivery and deployment teams
• Identify and help to resolve gaps in deployment
• Maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders on‑site
• Collaborate with a close‑knit onsite team to ensure a high standard of service

• Experience working onsite in a warehousing, logistics or distribution environment
• Transferable experience from similar roles considered
• Understanding of the working environment
• Strong experience working directly with clients and stakeholders
• Experience working as part of a diverse and multi‑functional team
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems and software
