Job Summary The Process Engineer is responsible for analysing, designing, and improving operational processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, quality, and cost performance. The role works closely with Operations, Planning, Quality, and Continuous Improvement teams to identify process improvement opportunities, implement solutions, and drive operational excellence across the business.##

Key Responsibilities ### Process Improvement
* Analyse existing operational processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
* Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to increase productivity, reduce waste, and improve service levels.
* Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
* Support continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other improvement methodologies.
* Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.### Data Analysis & Reporting
* Collect, analyse, and interpret operational data to identify trends and performance gaps.
* Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor operational performance.
* Use data-driven insights to recommend process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
* Conduct time studies, workflow analysis, and capacity planning assessments.### Project Management
* Lead and support process improvement and operational excellence projects.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of new processes.
* Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
