I am working with a leading UK public sector infrastructure organisation who are expanding their well-established, high-performing Commercial & Procurement function and are currently hiring across multiple positions spanning through entry to mid-senior level.
Whether you are a commercially astute Procurement Manager ready to take ownership of high-value sourcing projects across a broad corporate services portfolio, or a proactive Procurement Specialist looking for the right environment to accelerate your development, this organisation offers the scale, structure, and progression to support you at every stage.
You will partner with senior stakeholders, lead end-to-end sourcing activity, and shape supplier strategy within a complex, regulated environment where your contribution has real operational impact.
For those earlier in their career, you will gain hands-on exposure working alongside experienced practitioners with a clear pathway to Manager level.
Public sector procurement experience is essential.

What You'll Be Doing Managing end-to-end procurement activity within a regulated environment (PCR 2015)
Developing and delivering sourcing strategies and tender documentation
Running competitive tenders outside of a framework - full end-to-end ownership
Negotiating contracts and driving measurable commercial savings
Collaborating with and influencing stakeholders across multiple functions and regions
Contributing to category strategy development and continuous improvement
At senior level: leading multi-million-pound programmes and managing complex supplier relationships
What We're Looking For Public sector procurement experience - this is essential
Proven end-to-end tendering experience outside of a framework
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Solid understanding of PCR 2015 / regulated procurement environments
Knowledge of regulated or reclassified procurement environments (desirable)
