Facilities Operative – Permanent (Milton Keynes)

Salary: £28,000 to £32,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Thursday – 8am to 4:15pm and Friday 8am to 3pm

Our client has a permanent vacancy for a Facilities Operative. The role supports the Site Maintenance Technician and Facilities Coordinator to ensure all site services run smoothly and are properly maintained. The ideal candidate will assist with health and safety obligations, PPMs & contractors management, and the administration of business continuity arrangements.

• Maintenance repairs (DIY level)
• Waste management
• Use of hand tools
• Manual handling
• Communication & organisation skills
• Working at height (in‑house training offered)
• FTLT licence
