We are looking for an experienced HGV Technician to join our team. The role involves diagnostic work, addressing defects, MOT preparation, general maintenance and servicing of a large customer base comprising units & trailers.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair HGVs and trailers.
• Perform MOT checks and other compliance inspections.
• Carry out routine and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to all processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Technical qualification or proven experience in repairing and maintaining LCV/HGV vehicles, such as NVQ Level 2/3, IMI Level, City & Guilds, or equivalent.
• Ability to work under pressure, identify solutions, and handle a wide range of tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members and internal relationships.
• Strong focus on accuracy and consistency.
• Bonus: HGV Class I licence.
