Data Cabling Supervisor

The On-Site Group are looking for Data Cabling Supervisor in Southampton. As an you Data Cabling Supervisor will be responsible for:
Perform cable pulling, laying, and associated testing for both copper and fibre optic cabling, including fault finding and proactive resolution. Install, test, and terminate CAT6/CAT6a copper and fibre optic cabling, wireless access points, and associated containment. Work alongside Project Managers to ensure adherence to project deadlines. Read and interpret construction drawings to translate into practical work. Report progress, site delays, and issues to the Project Manager.

Supervise data engineers on-site, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to safety standards. Conduct toolbox talks and point-of-work risk assessments to maintain a safe and productive work environment. Attend site briefings and relay key information and messages to the team. Install containment systems including steel wire cable basket, metal conduit, plastic conduit, and plastic trunking.
