You’ll be part of a small, efficient operations team where your practical skills and proactive approach will make a visible impact every day.

Based primarily at our Newport Pagnell centre, you will work alongside the Assistant and Centre Manager to ensure the building operates smoothly and remains safe, clean, and well‑maintained. From routine inspections and repairs to assisting with client moves and vacant unit preparation, this is a varied, hands‑on position.

You may also be required to support other nearby sites, including locations in Denbigh (MK1) and Bletchley (MK2). Some out‑of‑hours availability will be required within 24‑hour buildings, with overtime paid or given back in lieu.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carrying out general building maintenance and minor repairs
  • Maintaining cleanliness throughout the premises and ensuring corridors remain clear
  • Conducting regular floor and building inspections
  • Managing reactive and planned repairs
  • Bin, waste, and compactor management
  • Operating a forklift to support client and operational needs
  • Assisting with refurbishments and dressing of vacant units
  • Supporting internal office moves and client relocations
  • Working alongside approved contractors and subcontractors
  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety, fire, and building regulations
  • Completing monthly checks and maintaining accurate reports
  • Maintaining building security (keys, access checks, liaison with security teams)
  • Reviewing and following risk assessments
  • Acting as a First Aider and Fire Marshal
  • Providing a high standard of customer service to support client retention
