Interaction Recruitment are supporting our client with their hiring of Qualified Diagnostic and Service Technicians. These are market leading specialists, and a minimum of 2 years' experience in a working garage is required. They will put successful candidates through training courses to assist with career progression.

You’ll be responsible for high-quality diagnostics, servicing, and repair work on a range of vehicles. Whether you're from a main dealer or an independent background, you’ll bring strong technical expertise and a focus on delivering first-time fixes.

• Monday to Friday, 6:00am–15:00pm / 15:00pm-23:00pm. There may be some flexibility on the shift patterns.

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
• Time Served Experience would be considered
• EV Experience is preferable
• MOT testing licence (preferred but not essential)
• Good diagnostic and repair skills
• Experience in a main dealer or high-quality independent workshop
• A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for excellent customer service

• Competitive salary up to £38,000 with realistic earning opportunities of £65,000+
