The Boulevard Primary Partnership is a federation ofthree schools located in Downs Barn and Conniburrow, Milton Keynes – Southwood,Downs Barn and Germander Park Schools.
The three schools share one governing board and one Executive Head. The schools include 2 nurseries and 2 Specialist Bases for children with Autism.
We are lookingto appoint a Site Manager to join us as a valued member of our school community within the federation. The role is incredibly varied and includes a wide rangeof duties and responsibilities. These include, but are not limited to, the maintenance and security of the school premises and site, health and safety checks (including weekly and monthly checks), some cleaning/porterage, supervision of the cleaning team and other contractors and routine maintenance.
The rolewill involve working at all 3 school sites.
The role is for
37 hours per week, Monday – Friday 7.00 to 11.00pm and 3.00 to 6.30pm (6pm on Fridays). The position is all year round (52 weeks per year). The right candidate should be be reliable, flexible, enthusiastic, highly motivated andhave the ability to use their initiative when working alone and also to behappy working as part of a team.
