KIA Professional Business Vehicle Sales Manager

Overview

Allen Motor Group are currently looking to employ a PBV Sales Manager, to be responsible for driving sales of Commercial vehicles across our 3 AMG PBV Centres, through the effective leadership and development of the PBV Sales team. Based at our newly developed state of the art KIA centre in Milton Keynes with occasional travel required to Nuneaton and Gillingham. This role plays a key part in delivering business growth, achieving AMG and KIA UK targets, maintaining brand standards and ensuring an exceptional customer service.

This position is offered on a full-time permanent basis with a basic salary of £45,000 and an OTE of £60,000, reporting to the General Manager.

• Lead and develop the PBV Sales team to drive commercial vehicle sales across AMG PBV Centres.
• Ensure achievement of company and KIA UK KPIs.
• Maintain brand standards and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Analyse and interpret commercial data to drive results.
• Ensure AMG legislative and FCA compliance across responsibilities.

• Strong previous experience in a similar management role within a branded commercial vehicle dealership.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Experience managing and motivating a sales department.
• Strong work ethic and stakeholder management skills.
