Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Adult’sSocial Work Team Manager in Milton Keynes. This is to work in an Access and Review Team.

• Day to day operational cover of the OP Review team and Access team;
• Provide visible leadership, direction to the team.
• Provide supervision and line management to deputy team manager and Access team staff.
• Ensure service budgets are monitored and controlled, quality check and approve assessments and care plans and contact forms ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
• Offer support, information and guidance to unqualified workers.

There is plenty of hybrid working available (Initial 2 weeks are office based. Then up to 2 days from home dependent on needs of service).
