Warehouse Manager

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our expanding business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is flexible, hands-on, and passionate about leading a team to success.

Salary: £30,000 to £32,000 per year

Hours:

Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:30

Additional: 2 Saturdays per month, 08:00-13:00

Growing, fast-paced warehouse environment

As the Warehouse Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and high performance across the department. You will manage a team of 8 warehouse staff, providing guidance, support, and motivation, while reporting directly to the General Manager. This role requires someone who is not only an effective leader but also willing to get involved in picking, packing, and general warehouse tasks when needed.

• Manage, lead, and develop an 8-person warehouse team
• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring productivity and accuracy
• Maintain a safe and organised working environment
• Monitor stock control, order flow, and dispatch efficiency
• Support the warehouse with hands‑on tasks such as picking and packing when required
• Report performance and operational updates to the General Manager
• Work 2 Saturdays per month as part of the rota
