We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage multiple residential sites based in Milton Keynes, reporting directly to the Project Director.

• Programme management and progress reporting
• Subcontractor coordination and site management
• Client liaison and stakeholder communication
• Cost control and monitoring

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager
• Main contractor background
• Experience managing multiple residential sites
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
