Role OverviewWe are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage multiple residential sites based in Milton Keynes, reporting directly to the Project Director.
Key Responsibilities- Programme management and progress reporting
- Subcontractor coordination and site management
- Client liaison and stakeholder communication
- Cost control and monitoring
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager
- Main contractor background
- Experience managing multiple residential sites
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
