Operating across sectors including energy, defence, education, commercial and industrial infrastructure, the business provides end-to-end services from consultancy and engineering through to project delivery and asset life cycle management. Teams work in highly integrated, multidisciplinary environments on nationally significant and technically challenging projects.

The company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a major civils programme. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of large-scale projects, coordinating teams and contractors across multiple sites, ensuring programmes are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

• Manage major civil engineering projects from planning through delivery
• Oversee programme management across multiple sites
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, and internal project teams
• Ensure compliance with NEC3 contracts and contractual obligations
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and provide reports to senior management

• Proven experience in managing major civil engineering projects
• Strong programme and project management skills
• Knowledge and experience of NEC3 contracts
• Ability to travel between Milton Keynes and site offices (Southam/Wendover)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
