• Leadership & Team Management

  Lead, mentor, and develop the off-track events aligned with the highest standard of the team.

• Sales & Marketing Strategy

  Collaborate with the Head of Events to implement the sales and marketing strategy that drives revenue growth for venue hire and tours.

• Event Execution & Delivery

  Oversee the operational delivery of events and factory tours at the VCARB factory, ensuring a seamless experience for all attendees. Plan and organize complex high-level events, managing all logistical aspects while maintaining exceptional service standards.

• Administrative Management

  Monitor and manage relevant budgets, creating purchase orders as required.

• Professionalism

  Supervise and maintain an organized and safe working environment with adherence to health and safety regulations.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

that matter most for this role:

• Previous extensive experience in sales and coordination experience in the events industry, with a proven track record in delivering successful events.
• Strong business acumen and sales-driven mindset with the ability to effectively close deals.
• Proficiency in event management, with a focus on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and networking skills, with the ability to cultivate and maintain industry relationships.
• Creative problem-solver with a proactive approach to driving innovative ideas that enhance our event offerings
• Available to travel related to events programme.
