Key Responsibilities – Accounts Pod Manager
  • Managing and leading a team of 3–5 staff alongside your own client portfolio
  • Providing mentoring, guidance, and structured development for team members
  • Ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant delivery of accounts, tax, VAT, and statutory services
  • Monitoring deadlines, service levels, and client expectations
  • Promoting effective use of internal systems to drive efficiency and accountability
  • Supporting quality assurance processes and resolving complex technical matters
  • Working closely with Partners and Directors on key client relationships
  • Attending and contributing to strategic client meetings
  • Identifying opportunities for additional advisory and business development services
  • Contributing to wider strategic and operational initiatives across the firm
