About The Role
We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Site Manager to oversee and manage our building services projects in Milton Keynes. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of coordinating site activities efficiently and safely.
As The Site Manager, You Will Be Responsible For- Health & Safety management on site
- Fulfilment of CDM principal contractor duties
- Daily coordination of site activities
- Managing and supervising subcontractors
- Reviewing and signing off project documentation
- Coordinating the site team to ensure smooth operations
- Maintaining effective client communications
- Conducting work inspections and quality checks
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Minimum 5 years site management experience
- SMSTS qualification
- CSCS Card
- First Aid at Work certification
- Proven CDM experience
- Experience managing building services projects, particularly in BMS, metering, and electrical works
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
