BUSINESS CHANGE MANAGER

Summer-Browning Associates is supporting our client in the Central Government who is seeking a Technology Business Change Manager for an initial 6-month assignment, with the possibility of extension.

Milton Keynes | London | Hybrid

The ideal candidate will hold an active SC clearance and have a solid background in Business Change Management working within a high-threat government environment, with the following skills and experience:

Experience managing technical business change projects and programs.
A solid understanding of change management principles, techniques, and tools.
Proficiency in creating Business Change documentation, including policies, standards, processes, procedures, and patterns.
Experience managing business change projects and programs in secure environments.
Proven experience in Target Operating Model (TOM) planning, capability development, and organisational readiness assessments.
Demonstrable experience in risk management and benefits realisation.
Essential qualifications include: APMG Change Management Practitioner certification.
