This role will initially be based in Bradford but were moving our office to Leeds Valley Park in summer 2026, so youll be based there in the future - Hybrid Working ( 1-2 days in the office a week Bradford/Leeds) Work type:

As our Regulatory Project Manager, you will:
Create and execute project work plans, revising as necessary to meet changing requirements. Prepares high-level business cases, recognising costs and benefits to support project sponsors. Manages resources in collaboration with functional managers, sponsors, and sub-contractors. Leads, scopes, and manages projects to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Produces high-quality reports on ROI, risk, business case, and implementation plans.

Promotes new ideas and drives project opportunities through collaboration with partners, contractors, and suppliers. Manages stakeholders and ensures effective communication plans are in place. Represents the organisation with regulators, coordinates regulatory submissions, and provides regulatory analysis and support. What skills & qualifications you will need:
Experience managing projects across the full lifecycle, from planning through to delivery. A recognised project management qualification, such as PRINCE2, APM, or equivalent. Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and driving high performance. Experience in business planning, resource management, and budget control. The ability to think strategically and deliver plans that achieve business objectives. Experience leading change, influencing stakeholders, and embedding positive behaviours.
