  • Lead the UK Bodybuilder Programme, elevating partner performance, integration, and customer value to unlock growth
  • Deliver standout UK product launches end‑to‑end, aligning cross‑functional teams to maximise market impact and dealer readiness
  • Drive regulatory compliance and homologation strategy, influencing industry bodies to protect performance and support future growth
What you’ll bring
  • Leadership experience in a senior Product, Product Marketing, Engineering, or Commercial role
  • Proven success in developing and delivering product strategies that drive commercial growth, market share, customer satisfaction, and profitability
  • Clear, confident communicator who can simplify complex technical and commercial topics, with strong ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and external partners
  • Proven track record managing complex product portfolios end‑to‑end
  • Strong grasp of UK automotive market, regulation, and industry trends
  • Experience delivering successful vehicle launches and go‑to‑market strategies
  • Ability to influence strategy in a matrix environment
  • Commercially astute, using data to drive pricing, profitability, and performance
  • Inspirational leader with experience building high‑performing teams

You’ll be able to join our pension scheme and have a flexible benefit pot that can be used to tailor benefits to your needs. We provide a hybrid working approach, supporting a great balance between remote and office work. Additionally, we provide access to colleague wellbeing resources, including an Employee Assistance Programme and Mental health First Aiders, to support work‑life balance and professional development.
