Permanent, Monday to Friday.

We are seeking an experienced Bodyshop Manager / General Manager to oversee daily operations of a successful BSI‑approved repair site.

• Lead and manage the on‑site team of experts – Paint Sprayers, Panel Beaters, MET Technicians, Estimators and all administrative staff.
• Manage entire site operations, including Health and Safety, Performance Management, Financials, and Customer Service; set and monitor targets.
• Recruit, train and manage staff to achieve key performance indicators with senior management.
• Ensure Key‑to‑Key and CSI targets are met or exceeded.
• Provide strong leadership to direct reports and all site employees to drive performance and exceed financial and operational targets.
• Analyse business needs, accounts, reports and KPIs.
• Optimise site resources and costs to enhance capability and profitability.
• Monitor individual productivity to minimise non‑productive time.
• Maintain positive working relationships with key personnel.
• Facilitate daily production meetings with team leaders, parts and reception staff to meet work completion targets.
• Manage work provider and supplier relationships efficiently.
• Address and resolve customer issues promptly.

• Extensive knowledge of the repair and claims processes.
• Natural leader with excellent people management skills.
• High level of business acumen.

• Previous site management experience within the accident repair industry (IND
  123).
• Familiarity with Autoflow BMS and Audatex estimating system preferred.

• Accident repair, Vehicle body repair, Coach builder, VDA, Vehicle Damage Assessor, Bodyshop Estimator, Production Manager, Vehicle Technician, Workshop Controller, Bodyshop Controller.
• SMART Repairer, Bodyshop Manager, Regional and General Manager, Service Advisor, Service Manager, Parts Advisor, Parts Manager and related roles.
