We have an exciting opportunity for a Contracts Manager (In Facilities) based in Milton Keynes for one of our clients on a Full time initial 6 month contract with a view to going permanent basis.
The Contracts Manager plays a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality facilities management services across multiple sites. Working closely with operational teams, the successful candidate will ensure the efficient running of workplace environments, maintain compliance with health and safety standards, manage supplier relationships, and contribute to the overall facilities strategy. This role requires a proactive individual who can balance operational priorities, stakeholder expectations, and budget requirements while driving continuous improvement.

Hours: 37.5 hour working week – 8.30am-5pm
- Work closely with the Operational team to ensure efficient running of the workplace environment
- Oversee day-to-day office and building operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of all facilities services.
- Support end-to-end procurement processes
- Maintain accurate facilities records, compliance documentation, reports, and asset information.
- Coordinate communication across facilities teams and contractors
- Promote and enforce health, safety, environmental, and security standards across all locations, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
- Monitor office operations
- Act as the primary point of contact for facilities-related enquiries and issues
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Previous experience within Facilities Management and managing a team
- Experience working within budget and operational timelines
- Working knowledge of EHS legislation and compliance frameworks
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both written and verbal
- IT literate including Microsoft Office
