The Role Manage a team to ensure work is carried out in full conformance with quality, environmental and safety an expert and provide guidance and direction to ensure operational excellence.
Coordinate and control the on-site construction process ensuring the site build progresses in line with plan.
Develop and agree electrical submission and approval process with the client and design team.
Support the overall programming and planning of the build.
Attend site meetings, effectively communicate and provide information for Progress Reports.
Chair and minute the subcontractor meetings.
Recording and reporting key metrics to team members and management.
Operational support including review of procedures, best practices and initiatives.

Experience working with a main contractor or large subcontractor.
Proven people management experience of managing teams.
Have the ability to mentor and develop team members.
Proven technical knowledge of Mechanical Services.
Knowledge and skills to effectively problem self-motivated, with proven organisational ability and the drive to meet deadlines.
Customer focused with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Attention to Health and Safety matters.
Commercially astute.
Experience in the data centres sector.
Degree of equivalent in an Mechanical discipline is desirable.
