Paint Sprayer

Kolt Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Paint Sprayer to join a well-established Accident Repair Centre based in Milton Keynes . This is a great opportunity to work within a professional environment that values quality, efficiency, and high standards of workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare vehicles for painting, including masking and priming

* Mix and apply paint to match manufacturer colour specifications

* Carry out final polishing and finishing work to the highest quality

* Maintain a clean and organised working area

* Work efficiently to meet productivity and quality targets

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer within a bodyshop or accident repair environment

* Strong knowledge of paint mixing, colour matching, and refinishing techniques

* Ability to work independently or as part of a team

* ATA or IMI qualifications preferred but not essential

* Full UK driving licence
