CNC Turner​/Programmer​/Setter​/Operator

Location: Great Linford

This is a fantastic opportunity for a CNC Turner/Programmer/Setter/Operator to join an engineering company based in Milton Keynes that manufactures high precision CNC milled and turned components from solid and cast in a wide range of metals and plastics for a variety of industry sectors.

As CNC Turner/Programmer/Setter/Operator, you will be working:
Monday-Thursday: 14:00-22:00
Friday: 13:00-20:00

What we’re looking for in a CNC Turner/Programmer/Setter/Operator:

Experience in Programming/Setting/Operating across MAZAK and Doosan CNC machine centres ideally within a fast-paced precision engineering environment.
Knowledge of either Fanuc or Mazatrol controls.
Good understanding of Engineering drawings and proficient in carrying out in-process dimensional and visual checks using the appropriate measuring equipment.
Experience in managing a wide range of metals and plastics.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work efficiently to deadlines.
Ability to mind multiple machines if required.
Confident in working with a degree of autonomy.
