Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) Milton Keynes, Salary: £50,000 - £55,000
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off

The Role - Maintenance Engineer
As a key member of the engineering team, you will be responsible for:

· Planned & Reactive Maintenance:
Carrying out electrical and mechanical maintenance across production equipment including ovens, mixers, conveyors, and packaging machinery

· Breakdown Response:
Reacting quickly and effectively to minimise downtime and maintain production flow

· PPM

Activities:

Completing scheduled preventative maintenance to ensure reliability and optimal performance

· Technical Involvement:
Supporting root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives (PLC experience is advantageous)

About You

· A multi-skilled maintenance engineer with a strong electrical bias

· Experienced in both planned and reactive maintenance within a fast-paced environment

· Ideally from a food manufacturing background (beneficial but not essential)

· Familiar with PLCs and continuous improvement methodologies (desirable)

· Positive, proactive, and team-oriented
