We’re looking for a No.2 Mechanic to join our Race Support crew and deliver flawless support for the trackside team, working at the cutting edge of Formula One innovation.

Collaborating with an incredibly talented team, you’ll support the Race Team both in the factory and at the circuit, maintaining excellence at every turn. This is your chance to be a key player in one of the most exciting, fast-paced environments in motor sport!

What You’ll Do:

  • Maintain exceptional attention to detail, craftsmanship, and cleanliness at all times.
  • Proactively report safety or performance concerns, driving a target of 100% reliability.
  • Collaborate with car crews to ensure correct set‑up in line with engineering specifications and procedures.
  • Complete all assigned job lists to the satisfaction of the Race Support Team No1 Mechanic, meeting quality and deadline expectations.
  • Ensure chassis are built to consistent specification, incorporating CSI updates as required.
  • Build and service sub‑assemblies (excluding gearbox, hydraulics, and electronics) as directed by Race Team leadership.
  • Support operational readiness by participating in functional fitness and pit stop practice sessions and maintaining the Factory Electric Pitstop Car (EPC).
  • Assist with race team turnarounds and attend events (pre‑events, races, tests, TPC) as required.
  • Provide general workshop support, including wheel rim turnarounds, fuel pump servicing, and pit equipment management.
What We’re Looking For:

You’re an experienced, motivated mechanic with a proven track record in top‑level motor sport. You thrive under pressure, take pride in every detail and know what it means to deliver at the highest level. You’re a hands‑on team player who drives performance, brings a constructive mindset and consistently strives for excellence.

At Red Bull Racing, we don’t just compete, we innovate, disrupt, and push beyond the limits of performance. We are driven by relentless ambition, cutting‑edge technology and the determination to win at every level. Collaboration is at the heart of everything we do, and we thrive on trust, creativity, and bold ideas. Alongside a competitive salary, you’ll enjoy:

  • Bonus scheme
  • Private healthcare
  • A pension scheme
  • On‑site gym
  • Free daily food allowance
  • And many more!

If you’re driven to win and ready to take your career to the next level, this is your chance to join a team that’s redefining the limits of performance.
