Role

In this autonomous role you will be one of the senior machinists responsible for setting, operating and programming a variety of 5‑axis CNC mills and lathes, working with a tight‑knit workshop team, training junior operatives and playing a key role in ongoing operations. The role offers a standard 40‑hour week with extra hours and opportunities to develop.

Responsibilities

Setting, operating and programming a variety of 5‑axis CNC mills and lathes.
Producing specialist components for automation and associated projects.
Being a go‑to machinist in a new factory and training junior team members.
Receiving equity and opportunities for ongoing progression.

Person

CNC Programmer or similar, with experience on mills and lathes, commutable to Milton Keynes.

Location

Milton Keynes, Northamptonshire, Northampton, Bletchley.
