CNC Programmer (Specialist Manufacturing)
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000. Company offers equity, bonus and progression opportunities.
Location:
Milton Keynes.
We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join our rapidly growing global manufacturing operation. Your role will involve setting, operating and programming a variety of 5‑axis CNC mills and lathes to produce precision components for the automotive and aerospace sectors.
Responsibilities- Set up, operate and program 5‑axis CNC mills and lathes.
- Produce specialist components for automation and associated projects.
- Act as a senior engineer and train junior operators.
- Support the growth and day‑to‑day operations of a new factory.
- Experience as a CNC Programmer, Machinist or similar.
- Proficiency with 3‑axis, 4‑axis and 5‑axis CNC machinery.
- Experience in setting and programming mills and lathes.
- Ability to train junior staff and work in a team environment.
- Commute to Milton Keynes.
