Are you a CNC Setter / Operator looking for an varied, collaborative opportunity to join a rapidly growing company with a global presence who offer the chance to upskill yourself on bespoke programmes within a role offering bespoke development and quick progression? This company specialises in the manufacture of precision components for a range of major industries including Automotive and Aerospace with a presence across multiple continents.

They have recently established UK operations with numerous factories in development, and are looking for a new CNC Machinist to help with the growth of one such factory.

In this autonomous role you will be one of the senior machinists responsible for setting, operating and programming a variety of 5-axis CNC mills and lathes working tight-knit workshop team. You will also be responsible for training junior operatives and play a key role in ongoing operations as you work a standard 40 hour week with extra hours and opportunities to develop with the role.

This role would suit a CNC Setter / Operator or similar looking for a Monday to Friday role offering the chance to a key role in a unique business who provide a range of progression opportunities and equity.

• Setting and operating a variety of bespoke 5-axis CNC mills and lathes
• Produce specialist components for automation and associated projects
• Be one of the go‑to machinists in a new factory and train junior team members
• Receive equity and have key roles for opportunities for ongoing progression
