What you’ll be doing as Production Operative

You will be involved in the manufacture of specialist products, supporting the process from mixing and filling through to packaging and dispatch. You will play an important role in ensuring products are produced safely, accurately, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete customer orders in line with schedules.
• Mix production batches following company procedures.
• Fill, label, package, and prepare products for dispatch.
• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment safely and effectively.
• Carry out product rework when required, following quality procedures.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping using 5S principles.
• Accurately complete production records using paper-based and electronic systems.
• Monitor stock levels and replenish materials as required.
• Work closely with colleagues to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Follow all health and safety procedures at all times.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to expand your skills.

What We’re Looking For In A Production Operative

• Previous production, manufacturing or factory experience is beneficial but not essential.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good attention to detail.
• Reliable and dependable approach to work.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
