An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Flexographic Printer to join a well-established manufacturing business in Milton Keynes. This is a hands-on role within a busy production environment, where you'll be responsible for operating and maintaining flexographic printing machinery to produce high-quality printed products. If you have a keen eye for detail, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in producing quality work, we’d like to hear from you.

• Set up, operate and maintain flexographic printing presses.
• Prepare printing plates and carry out colour matching.
• Monitor print quality during production and make adjustments where required.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Complete production records accurately.
• Report machine faults or maintenance requirements.
• Work closely with production and quality teams to meet production targets.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
• Follow all health and safety procedures.

• Experience operating flexographic printing presses.
• A good understanding of print processes, colour matching and quality control.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good mechanical awareness and confidence making machine adjustments.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• A flexible approach to supporting production requirements.
