An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Flexographic Printer to join a well-established manufacturing business in Milton Keynes.
This is a hands‑on role within a busy production environment, where you’ll be responsible for operating and maintaining flexographic printing machinery to produce high‑quality printed products. The RoleWorking as part of an experienced production team, you will be responsible for setting up and operating flexographic printing presses, ensuring products are produced efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
You will monitor print quality throughout production, carry out machine adjustments where required and work closely with colleagues to meet production schedules and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Set up, operate and maintain flexographic printing presses.
- Prepare printing plates and carry out colour matching.
- Monitor print quality during production and make adjustments where required.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Complete production records accurately.
- Report machine faults or maintenance requirements.
- Work closely with production and quality teams to meet production targets.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
- Follow all health and safety procedures.
To be successful in this role, you’ll have previous experience operating flexographic printing machinery within a manufacturing environment.
You’ll also have:
- Experience operating flexographic printing presses.
- A good understanding of print processes, colour matching and quality control.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good mechanical awareness and confidence making machine adjustments.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and problem‑solving skills.
- A flexible approach to supporting production requirements.
