CNC Machinist, Manufacturing & Industrial Operations, Machine Operator
Why You Should Apply
They'll pay to make you more valuable: as a CNC Machinist you’re trained in CNC programming on the job. Each year you finish with broader skills and a CV that reflects that. Friday afternoons are in your hands – you’re out the door at 1:30pm every Friday. Security you can actually count on: this manufacturer has traded for 27years through recessions and everything in between.
That kind of staying power is rare, and it matters. It’s a close‑knit shop floor where your contribution is visible and your name is known – no anonymous headcount or lost‑in‑the‑crowd feeling.
Salary, benefits & hours of work: £32,000 to £40,000, depending on experience. Annual bonus on top. Overtime available if you want to lift your earnings further. 6% employer pension. 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, with the business closed over Christmas and New Year.
