Production Line Technical Lead

As a Production Line Technical Lead, you possess a deep understanding of the process and machinery assigned to your line. As the technical owner of your production line, you will be responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, capability and competence are maintained to the highest standards, maximising line performance and minimising downtime.

Alongside planning and overseeing preventive maintenance activities, you will provide the training, coaching and support to our operational teams to ensure the safe, efficient and effective operation of our production equipment.

Hours:40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:30 17:30. Operational requirements may occasionally require flexibility. Once fully trained and integrated, you will participate in an on-call rota.

Salary: £42,000-£50,000 per annum
