We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading food production company in Milton Keynes. They are seeking Line Service / Production Operatives to join their team and support high-quality, safe, and efficient production operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Operate Flowwrap and Multivac packaging machines

· Conduct quality checks in line with food safety standards

· Run multiple production lines and achieve KPI targets

· Minimise waste and support efficiency improvements

· Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment

· Manage stock control and product traceability

· Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Candidate Profile

· Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

· Detail-oriented with a safety-first mindset

· Previous food manufacturing experience is beneficial, but not essential - full training is provided
