The Bread Factory in Blakelands, Milton Keynes, is hiring a production operative to join our artisan bakery team. You'll follow recipes, monitor quality, and help maintain food safety standards on a typical 8am-4pm shift, five days out of seven.
You will gain hands-on training in production workflows, packing, and paperwork, with competitive pay (£14.30 per hour) and staff discounts. Flexibility for early mornings and weekends is appreciated as we bake daily for our bakery and markets.
