The Bread Factory in Milton Keynes is seeking bakery operatives to join our team. Shift is five days out of seven, including Saturdays and Sundays, with hours from 5am to 1pm. Pay rate is £14.30 per hour.
You will follow recipes, monitor quality, and ensure food safety while supporting colleagues across departments. Ideal candidates have bakery or food manufacturing experience, a solid understanding of hygiene standards, and the flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
