The Bread Factory in Blakelands, Milton Keynes is hiring a Mixing Operative to join our bakery production team. Shifts are 3pm-11pm, 5 days out of 7, with pay £14.30 per hour. You will follow recipes, monitor quality, and keep accurate paperwork, while upholding food safety and hygiene standards.
Experience in a bakery or food manufacturing environment is ideal. Basic literacy and numeracy are needed, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends is welcome.
