Our client, a leading SaaS company, is looking for a B2B Marketing Manager to own and deliver integrated marketing activity across demand generation, brand, and client retention.
Strong B2B experience is essential for this role.
This position would suit either an experienced Marketing Manager or a high-performing Senior Marketing Executive who is already operating at Marketing Manager level and ready to take full ownership of strategy and delivery.
Responsibilities- Plan and deliver integrated B2B marketing campaigns that generate leads, strengthen the brand, and retain clients (including product launches, events, thought leadership, and demand generation)
- Own and optimise marketing channels including website, SEO, paid media, email, and social media
- Track, analyse, and report on marketing performance and KPIs, using insight to improve ROI
- Manage marketing budgets and external suppliers to ensure cost-effective, high-impact delivery
- Work closely with sales, product, and client services teams to ensure alignment across all marketing activity
- Protect and develop the brand across all touchpoints, ensuring consistent use of brand guidelines
- Support, mentor, and develop team members, with line management responsibility introduced where appropriate
- Stay up to date with marketing trends, tools, and technology to inform strategy and execution
- Proven B2B marketing experience
, ideally within SaaS, technology, or professional services - Demonstrable ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and deliver measurable, KPI-driven results
- Strong track record running integrated campaigns and managing digital channels (PPC, SEO, email, social, website optimisation)
- Experience delivering content and events, including blogs, reports, webinars, conferences, and video
- Excellent copywriting skills with a strong eye for design and audience-led messaging
- Confident using marketing data and analytics to drive performance and ROI
- Experience managing stakeholders and external suppliers
- Experience mentoring or supporting others, with the capability to take on people management
- Hands-on experience with tools including GA4, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, GTM, Zapier, Salesforce, Word Press, and marketing automation platforms
- Strong project management and budget management skills
- Clear understanding of brand consistency and governance
