As a Senior Trade Marketing Specialist
, you operate with energy, vision, and passion. You are responsible for strategically planning, executing, and optimising trade marketing campaigns across key retailers in the UK and Travel Retail markets for Fossil Group’s brand portfolio.

Reporting directly to Global Marketing, this role serves as the regional expert for traditional trade channels and holds full accountability for the UK and Travel Retail trade marketing budgets across seven brands:
Fossil, Michael Kors, Emporio Armani, Armani Exchange, Tory Burch, Diesel, and Skagen.

This is a hands‑on, commercially focused role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys owning performance, budgets, and retailer partnerships end to end.

What You Will Do
  • Develop and execute comprehensive, ROI‑driven trade marketing strategies in close collaboration with Commercial/Sales teams and key retail partners (including onsite, offsite, CRM, and data‑led targeting initiatives).
  • Act as the primary marketing lead for the UK and Travel Retail markets, owning end‑to‑end planning, execution, optimisation, and retailer relationships.
  • Partner with Global Marketing teams to localise global campaigns, ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines while adapting to local market dynamics.
  • Own and optimise trade marketing budgets across all Fossil Group brands for UK and Travel Retail, flexing investment to maximise value and commercial impact.
  • Lead market inputs during the annual marketing planning and budget cycle, securing global brand approvals for activities outside pre‑approved frameworks.
  • Develop clear and detailed creative briefs for trade marketing campaigns and assets, working closely with the internal Creative Team to deliver in‑store and digital materials.
  • Oversee point‑of‑sale execution to enhance brand visibility and drive consumer engagement at retail.
  • Manage the Q4 Rewards Sales Incentive programme in collaboration with external agencies, ensuring alignment with sales targets and retailer motivation.
  • Track, analyse, and report on KPIs including ROI, sell‑through, incremental sales uplift, and budget efficiency, presenting insights to Commercial and Global stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and sell‑through data to generate actionable insights and continuously optimise trade marketing initiatives.
Who You Are
  • 3–5 years’ experience in a Trade Marketing or Marketing Specialist role, ideally within retail, fashion, or consumer goods.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multi‑brand portfolios and balance budget allocation across categories.
  • Commercially driven, with a strong understanding of ROAS and performance‑based marketing metrics.
  • Highly analytical and curious, with a data‑driven mindset for optimisation and decision‑making.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, agile environment with the ability to adapt plans quickly.
