As a Marketing Manager you will… Lead the delivery of marketing strategies that support business growth, customer acquisition, engagement, and retention Manage and develop members of the marketing team, fostering a high-performance culture Take ownership of website performance, ensuring content is optimised for SEO, user experience, and conversion Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, email, content, social media, events, and video Drive customer acquisition and retention initiatives using data-driven insights Oversee CRM and marketing automation activity, including segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and personalised customer journeys Manage marketing budgets and ensure campaigns deliver measurable ROI Requirements:
As a Marketing Manager, you will need… Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or senior marketing position Previous people management experience with a track record of developing successful teams Strong experience managing and optimising website performance Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools Knowledge of email marketing strategy, segmentation, and campaign optimisation Experience delivering integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions Benefits:
