Marketing Automation & Hub Spot Specialist Milton Keynes | Hybrid £45,000 - £50,000 We're working with a growing B2B business in Milton Keynes looking for a Marketing Automation & Hub Spot Specialist to take ownership of Hub Spot, automation and lead nurture. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys improving how marketing technology works, building smarter customer journeys and helping turn marketing engagement into genuine sales opportunities.

What you'll be doing Taking ownership of Hub Spot Marketing Hub Building and optimising automated workflows and nurture journeys Managing lead scoring, segmentation and lifecycle stages Creating targeted email campaigns Improving MQL to SQL conversion alongside Sales Building dashboards to track campaign performance, pipeline and attribution Managing landing pages, forms and lead capture processes Maintaining CRM data quality Exploring how AI and automation can improve marketing performance What we're looking for Hands-on Hub Spot experience

Experience with marketing automation, email and nurture campaigns Understanding of B2B lead generation and sales funnels Confident with reporting, data and campaign analysis

Experience with lead scoring, segmentation and CRM management Comfortable working closely with both Marketing and Sales

Experience with in B2B technology, SaaS or professional services would be beneficial but isn't essential. This is a great opportunity to take real ownership of Hub Spot and help shape how a growing business uses marketing automation to generate and convert more opportunities.
