As our Marketing Manager, you’ll lead strategic and operational marketing across the KPI Group, helping more patients, candidates and clients discover, understand and engage with our services. Your work will shape how our brands are seen, support growth across different divisions, and strengthen access to healthcare, clinical staffing and specialist assessment services.

Develop and deliver brand-specific marketing across our brands

Create multi-channel campaigns that grow patient enquiries, candidate registrations, client leads and services

Produce clear, compliant content for digital, print and service communications

Optimise websites, SEO, paid campaigns, email, funnels and dashboards to improve results

Support launches, events, partnerships, reputation activity and social proof

Champion internal brand and EVP to strengthen culture, engagement and consistency

Manage suppliers to deliver creative, digital and campaign activity effectively
