Social Media Manager

Proximity Recruitment are searching for a talented Social Media Manager (up to £50,000  Bonus  Benefits) to join an ambitious not-for-profit organisation embarking on a world leading environmental programme. Hybrid working set-up from the Milton Keynes offices.

Responsibilities include:

Develop & deliver a dynamic corporate social media plan to drive producer & retailer awareness, excitement, engagement, action & operational readiness. Ensure the Corporate & B2B social media plans align with, & compliments, the wider communications strategy. Work with subject matter experts to identify and produce compelling & engaging content across a mix of channels including Linked In, You Tube & Reddit.

Translate complex operational & technical information into clear, accessible & high-quality content for B2B audiences. Manage channel activity including monitoring & responding to comments. Identify & build relationships with subject matter experts, B2B influencers, trade bodies to amplify reach & credibility. Track performance across corporate & B2B social channels & provide regular reports, insights & recommendations to the Head of Media & Content.

Use data analytics to refine corporate social strategy/content & inform wider communications & engagement strategy. Partner with Corporate Affairs, Marketing & Operations to shape the corporate social strategy, plans & content. Support integrated campaigns across paid, earned & owned channels. The successful candidate will be passionate, purpose driven & dynamic in approach to engage stakeholders & build awareness of the mission.
