Client Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Client Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team. You will drive the commercial performance and category growth of Brioche Pasquier brands across national and regional retail accounts. Support the Marketing Manager in delivering the site's Business Development Plan. Drive category strategy, retailer performance, shopper insight and merchandising excellence.

• Recognise opportunities for category growth through the analysis of customer, market, tends, consumer behaviour and shopper data.
• Prepare and deliver category reviews, retailer presentations and business development plans that drive customer and brand performance in collaboration with the Sales Team.
• Take ownership of category performance by delivering insightful analysis and commercially focused recommendations.
• Support innovation launches, range reviews, promotional activities and annual commercial planning to achieve business objectives.
• Support efficient execution of category plans through clear communication and structured processes.
• Act as an ambassador for Brioche Pasquier brands, products and category vision.
• Collaborate openly with Sales, Marketing teams and clients to ensure effective delivery of projects and plans.
• Conduct regular store visits to evaluate execution and identify improvements for our brand visibility.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to support long-term growth.

• Strong interest in FMCG products and consumer trends, with the ability to develop an in-depth understanding of the 4 Ps (Product/Place/Price/Promotion) and category dynamics.
• Proactive and solution-oriented.
• Collaborative team player who works effectively across functions.
• Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
• Results-driven with strong attention to detail.

• Experience using market and retailer data sources (e.g. Circana/IRI, Kantar, Nielsen or retailer portals).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, retailer panels, merchandising software and category analysis tools.

£25,000 - £30,000 dependant on skills and experience
