We are partnering with this £multi-billion global healthcare leader to find an exceptional brand manager to join its UK team.

• Developing and executing local brand strategies that support ambitious growth objectives
• Adapting global comms and innovation initiatives to meet UK consumer and customer needs
• Managing brand performance, budgets and P&L responsibility
• Leading integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail and healthcare channels
• Using consumer, market and performance data to identify brand growth opportunities
• Optimising marketing plans based on insights and analytics
• Collaborating with Sales, Medical, Regulatory Affairs and agency partners
• Influencing and engaging with stakeholders across local and regional teams
• Translating consumer and market insights into impactful strategies
• Adopting a challenger mindset through innovation and ownership
• Robust brand management experience in FMCG, consumer healthcare/OTC or possibly pharma
• Strong commercial mindset with experience managing budgets and business performance
• Proven ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on marketing execution
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn consumer and market insights into actions
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills
• Proactive, adaptable and solution-oriented approach to problem solving
• Strong academics ideally in Marketing, Business or a related discipline
